Lori Lynch is responsible enrolling and managing patients in oncology clinical trials that evaluate the effectiveness of new drugs or treatment strategies. The Jones Clinic offers comprehensive access to clinical trials throughout the United States.
Prior to joining The Jones Clinic, Lynch was the clinical research coordinator for Aptium Oncology, Inc. in Boca Raton, Fla., and previously held the same post at Mt. Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center in Miami, Fla. She also was the independent clinical research coordinator and surgical coordinator at the Jaffe Eye Institute in Miami. “I believe in the value of research. It can be very gratifying when patients respond to these breakthrough and cutting edge therapies,” Lynch said. Lynch is a member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates and Southwest Oncology Group. She has received certification from the Joint Commission of Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology, Alcon Laboratories and North Miami Beach Surgical Center. She also received comprehensive training from The Laser Center of Miami; Southwest Oncology Group; Mt. Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center; “Boca Camp” Bi-Monthly Oncology Conference on Colorectal and Mammary Pathology; Boca Team” Bi-Monthly Oncology Conference on Thoracic Early and Advanced Malignancies; and the Palm Beach County Bi-Monthly Urology Journal Club Conference.
