“As we are a small practice, we all know our patients by name, and we have the time to provide more personal one-on-one care.” Ashley manages the pharmacy at the Jones Clinic. She mixes chemotherapy treatments, provides information to patients about the drugs they are receiving, and offers support to anyone who needs it. A warm smile and caring attitude are always a part of Ashley as she interacts with patients. As the Jones Clinic offers its patients the convenience of in-house pharmacy services, Ashley also fills prescriptions for patients who choose to have their prescriptions filled at the Clinic. She takes pride in exceeding her profession’s most exacting standards. |

Joanna has a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi.
My responsibilities in the pharmacy in Germantown are to mix chemotherapy treatments for the patients including checking for accuracy in the matter that they are prepared and the correct dosage, and to dispense oral medications to patients who wish to have their prescriptions filled through our pharmacy. Joanna states that since the Jones Clinic is smaller than some of the other oncology clinics, our staff can attend to the patients on a more personal basis; we get to know our patients personally and address their needs on an individual level. No patient should feel like they are only a “number.” |
