She welcomes questions from patients regarding their insurance benefits and billing. A truly caring person, she eventually may go to nursing school.

Representative		 Beth’s primary responsibilities are electronic billing, filing secondary insurance claims, and entering charges. I enjoy working at The Jones Clinic because the atmosphere is very relaxed, and all the different departments seem to work well together. I always strive to “do it right” the first time to avoid any financial loss and wasted time. I honestly think that as a staff we really try hard to make our patients feel that we know them as a person and they are not just a number to us. We know all of our patients by their first name and that is important to us and them.

I feel that our department is staffed by compassionate employees who work with our patients on their financial problems in a kind and considerate manner. We must always remember to have empathy for the patients and to always remember that this could be us or a family member or friend.”

Representative		 “I love numbers and making everything come out all right, because it helps our patients.” Stacy is an organizer by nature, and she loves her job which involves meticulous attention to fee charges. She especially likes the way the staff at The Jones Clinic works so well together for the benefit of the patients.
