As the chief operating officer of The Jones Clinic, David Rea is responsible for the day-to-day operation management. Some of his responsibilities include facilities management, personnel management, accounts receivable and cost forecasting, computer operations management, clinic expansion programs, satellite operations, the development of new services/joint ventures and contract negotiations.
David has more than 30 years of senior medical management, as well as financial consulting experience in medical group management. David views his position as an opportunity to get to know each patient and to make the clinic, the physicians and the entire clinical and administrative staff as responsive to each patient’s needs as possible. |
